In different sub-cultures he is known by a variety of names. We in Underlife BC call him the Mad Biker, while the bike couriers of Helsinki know him as the Crazy Helmet. He appears from nowhere, rides his lightly chopped vehicle like a maniac, not looking behind, unstopping for any reason, and then vanishes without leaving a trace. In most tales he is said to wear some kind of goggles and a motor bike helmet and to carry a high-volyme bag on his back. Many claim to have seen him but nobody knows his name, and no photos of him are successfully processed. Who is he? Where does he come from? Why is he hounting the city?
